At Reddibee, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for our paid plans. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will continue to have access to all paid features until the billing period ends.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

3.1 Within 14 Days of First Purchase

If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies only to your first subscription payment and is limited to one refund per customer.

3.2 Service Outages

If the Service experiences extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) that significantly impacts your ability to use the platform, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or credit for the affected period.

3.3 Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part (e.g., duplicate charges, charges after cancellation), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge promptly upon verification.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • Partial use of the Service during a billing period.
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date — it is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing cycle begins.
  • Dissatisfaction with search results, AI-generated content quality, or the number of Reddit posts found for your keywords, as these depend on external factors beyond our control.
  • Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Changes in your business needs or circumstances unrelated to the Service.
  • Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or third-party API outages lasting fewer than 72 hours.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to billing@reddibee.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include your account email address, the date of the charge, and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
  • Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction. We are not responsible for exchange rate differences.

7. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund or credit is issued for the remaining time on the higher-tier plan. You will continue to have access to the higher-tier features until the current billing period ends.

8. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, no charge is made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly. Charges incurred after a free trial has ended are subject to the standard refund terms described in this policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
