Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all users:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support
  • Once canceled, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
  • No new charges will be applied after cancellation
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is processed

Please note that deleting your account or removing the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must explicitly cancel your subscription to stop future billing.

Subscription Services

For our subscription-based services:

  • Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but we do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within 14 days of purchase
  • No refunds will be issued for any subscription after 14 days from the purchase date

One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases of digital products or services:

  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted within this 7-day period to be considered
  • Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds are at our discretion

  2. Include your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and can take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom services or products created specifically for a client
  • Subscription services after the refund eligibility period has passed
  • Services that have been fully delivered or completed
  • Purchases where terms of service have been violated

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to our services, we may consider refund requests outside of the standard policy. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
