Ask count is a floor, not a ceiling

Every count is people who typed a public request. The real demand is larger — but the count proves the pain is named, which is what you need before building.

Read the cited threads first

A one-line problem statement hides the nuance. The three cited threads tell you what people already tried and why it did not stick — that is your spec.

A crowded problem is not a solved one

A high ask count with no good answer in the comments is the best signal on the page: proven demand, no incumbent people love.

Where it falls short

Honest limits.

  • This is a content drop, refreshed per niche when there is time — not a live feed. The counts are a snapshot of the last 90 days.
  • Clustering and naming involve judgement. Two nearby problems may be split or merged in ways you would draw differently.
  • The niches are the communities Reddibee polls today — productivity, self-hosting, ADHD tools, SaaS ops, Claude Code. More arrive as coverage grows.
