1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Reddibee platform (the "Service"), operated by Reddibee ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Reddibee is a SaaS platform that helps SEO professionals and content marketers discover Reddit threads that rank on Google for their target keywords. The Service provides tools for keyword tracking, Reddit post discovery, and AI-powered comment suggestions to facilitate strategic participation in relevant discussions.

3. Account Registration

• You must create an account to use the Service. You may register using your email address and password, or through supported third-party authentication providers (Google, GitHub, Facebook).
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Service to violate Reddit's Terms of Service, Content Policy, or any applicable subreddit rules.
• Engage in spam, vote manipulation, or any form of inauthentic behavior on Reddit using information or content obtained through the Service.
• Use AI-generated comments without reviewing and appropriately editing them for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with Reddit's policies.
• Post AI-generated content in a misleading or deceptive manner, or without disclosing AI involvement where required by applicable laws or platform rules.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape data beyond what the Service provides, or overload our systems.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, threaten, or harm any person or entity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to collect personal information about Reddit users for purposes unrelated to SEO and content marketing.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access the Service through your account without authorization.

5. AI-Generated Content

• The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate comment suggestions for Reddit posts. This content is provided as a starting point and is not guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate, or compliant with any particular platform's rules.
• You are solely responsible for any content you post on Reddit or any other platform, whether or not it was generated or suggested by our Service.
• You must review, edit, and verify all AI-generated content before posting it anywhere.
• We disclaim all liability for consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to account bans, legal claims, or reputational harm.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Reddibee and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
• You retain ownership of any content you create, including edited AI-generated comments. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• Reddit post data displayed within the Service is sourced from publicly available Reddit content and remains subject to Reddit's terms and licenses.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (for search results), Reddit (for post data), and OpenAI (for AI features). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party services.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

• Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and feature limits are described on our pricing page.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including third-party API outages). We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reddibee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that search results or AI-generated content will be accurate or effective, or that Reddit engagement strategies facilitated by the Service will produce any particular results.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reddibee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) content you post on Reddit or elsewhere using information obtained through the Service; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

13. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use of the Service poses a risk to us or other users.
• Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, unless you are located in a jurisdiction where arbitration agreements are not enforceable, in which case the courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reddibee regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
