Where it falls short
Honest limits.
- Be fair about the competitor. Redditors notice when a reply trashes someone.
- Common product names are hard. A competitor called "Linear" or "Notion" brings false positives. Add a qualifier.
- Watches are not real time. If you need a ping within minutes of a post, a raw keyword alert is still the right tool.
