Safety

Nothing posts without you.

Reddit rewards people who help and punishes people who spam. Reddibee is built for the first kind. Here's exactly what it does and doesn't do.

Example content.

Enforced in code

Checked by the system that posts, not by the AI that drafts.

An AI can be talked out of a rule. The publisher can't. These checks run right before anything goes out.

1
post per subreddit in 24 hours
3
replies per subreddit an hour. Extras wait.
30 days
before a title can repeat in a subreddit
0
votes or DMs. No permission for either.
Approval required
Every post and reply needs your approval in the web app, whoever drafted it: you, Draft with AI or your coding agent.
One post per subreddit per 24 hours
A second post in the same sub is stopped before it goes out. You see when the cooldown ends and can reschedule.
Three replies per subreddit per hour
Extra replies wait their turn, so a busy morning doesn't land as a burst.
No repeat titles for 30 days
The same title in the same sub is blocked. Change it and schedule again.
Dead threads
Locked, archived or deleted threads fail with a clear reason. Your draft is kept.
Account must be active
If Reddit stops accepting your connection, nothing posts. Those items fail with a note to reconnect, and you can retry after.
Honest failures
If Reddit refuses a post, you see Reddit's own reason, like flair required or karma too low, with a retry button.

Your Reddit account

Your account stays yours.

You connect on reddit.com with Reddit's own sign-in. We never see your password. Reddibee stores an encrypted token that only allows what's listed here. Disconnect any time: access is revoked at Reddit right away, and anything scheduled from that account won't go out.

When you connect Reddit

Reddibee asks for these permissions, and only these.

  • Your usernameTo show your username, karma and account age.identity
  • Post and replyTo post and reply, only what you approve.submit
  • Read subredditsTo read subreddits and their rules.read
  • Your own historyTo read your own past posts, so drafts don't repeat you and your voice can be learned.history
  • Pick flairTo pick a flair when a subreddit requires one.flair
  • VoteNot requested.vote
  • Send messagesNot requested.privatemessages

Reddibee cannot vote or DM. It never asks Reddit for that permission.

The drafting AI

What the drafting AI does.

Reads the rules first.
Every draft starts from the subreddit's rules, and the composer shows the published requirements: flair, title length, required and banned words, body rules.
Uses your never-say list.
Words and claims you've ruled out stay out.
Discloses.
Your disclosure line goes in whenever your product comes up.
Links only where allowed.
Where a sub restricts links, drafts answer in text.

This part is guidance the AI follows, not a hard check. That’s why every draft waits for you.

Example content.

Never

What Reddibee never does.

  • Never votes. No vote permission, no votes.
  • Never sends DMs.No cold messages. Every draft is for a public thread.
  • Never posts without approval. Not from the web app, not from Draft with AI, not from your coding agent.
  • Never builds files on people.Reddibee reads threads and communities. When it learns your voice, it reads only your own posts. Nobody else's history is read.

How we think about Reddit

Show up helpfully. Say who you are. Follow the room.

Reddit works when people answer each other honestly. So Reddibee helps you answer real questions, from your own account, with a disclosure, inside each community's rules. No fake accounts, no bought upvotes, no rings. It's designed around Reddit's Public Content Policy and Responsible Builder Policy.

Honest limits

  • Subreddits can remove posts for reasons they never wrote down. We show the published rules, not the unwritten ones.
  • Many subs hide posts from new or low-karma accounts. If yours is new, start by answering without links.
  • A draft is a starting point. Read it before you approve it.

FAQ

Questions about safety.

Can Reddibee post if I'm not logged in?

Only what you already approved and scheduled. Nothing new goes out without your approval.

Can my coding agent post directly?

No. Agents save drafts. You approve them in the web app, and the same checks run before anything posts.

What happens if I disconnect Reddit?

Access is revoked at Reddit right away. Scheduled items from that account won't go out. Your drafts stay in Reddibee.

Does Reddibee look at other people’s profiles?

No. It reads public threads and subreddits. It never builds a profile of any Redditor.

Will this keep me from getting banned?

It removes the common mistakes: wrong flair, repeat posts, posting too often, missing disclosure. It can't read a moderator's mind. Help first and you'll be fine in most places.

Show up helpfully. Stay in control.
